Cancellation can be requested at any time by calling or emailing support with details of your request (248-716-7590 or email@example.com) and may be subject to fees depending on term commitment. Early cancellation fees (ETFs) will be assessed for accounts that have enrolled in a term length with special pricing and are cancelling prior to the completion of that term. The difference in fees between the selected term pricing and the actual term length fulfilled will be assessed in addition to the final invoice. Accounts charges are automatically processed for calculated use per calendar month after the billing cycle is complete so a final invoice will be charged after cancellation and will include ETFs if applicable. Cancellation may take a maximum of 31 days or the remainder of the current calendar month to complete the billing cycle so a 30 day notice is required. Cancellation is not complete until a confirmation email has been received.
